After our enforced absence last year we are returning to the beautiful shores of Ullswater in the. Once again we will enjoy the facilities on offer from our friends at Parkfoot campsite.
The Hymerchill is our annual winter gathering, with a relaxed atmosphere it’s a brilliant opportunity to meet new faces and enjoy the cosy cold weather performance of your Classic Hymer.
This event is only open to Members of the Classic Hymers Facebook Group
These terms and conditions are designed to protect you, other visitors to the Festival and the organisers of the Classic Hymers Group LTD
THE POSSESSION OF A HymerChill 2022 TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE AN ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ADVICE DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLIES AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO ACCEPT THEM.
All conditions of the sale of your ticket are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed at Parkfoot Campsite.
In the event of a breach of this contract by the Classic Hymers Group LTD, the Classic Hymers Group LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach, which was not reasonably foreseeable by the Classic Hymers Group LTD at the date of this contract.
The Classic Hymers Group LTD reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder if in the reasonable opinion of the Classic Hymers Group LTD admission of the holder to the site might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively. Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the festival site, persons entering the festival site may be searched as a condition of the festival premises licence.
Motorhome parking is allowed at the campsite in the designated parking areas only and parking is only permitted with a HymerChill 2022 ticket.
The Classic Hymers Group LTD will provide parking closer to the main festival entrance for any member with disabilities and an onsite disabled toilet. There is no separate ticket for disabled patrons. You must contact a member of the admin team prior to the festival date to discuss your requirements.
Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult of age 18 or older at all times.
If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.
Children aged 16 and under will be admitted without a ticket if accompanied by an adult and do not require a ticket.
Strictly no trading is allowed at The HymerChill without written permission from The Classic Hymers Group LTD.
No tape or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens or fireworks will be permitted at the site.
Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes.
Resale of HymerChill tickets is allowed within the Classic Hymers Facebook Group however you must contact Matt Mullarky (Classic Hymers Admin) to ensure the necessary transition is correctly carried out.
HymerChill 2022 tickets are not refundable.
HymerChill 2022 tickets may not be used for competitions or promotions without written permission from The Classic Hymers Group LTD.
Much of The HymerChill 2022 is an outdoor event. The Classic Hymers Group LTD advise you to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather. Please be aware the ground can be uneven in areas around the site and you should carry a torch in the evening to ensure you safely get back to your pitch.
Classic Hymers Group LTD reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site.
The Classic Hymers Group LTD reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this ticket in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal policies.
Parkfoot Campsite Rules
• Open fires are not allowed on the park. Portable BBQs are permitted, but stands must be used. For your own safety, gas
bottles and BBQs must not be used in tents or awnings.
• The use of generators are not permitted on the park at any time.
• Permission must be sought by management before flying drones.
• No firearms, offensive weapons, fireworks and sky lanterns of any kind are allowed on the park.
• The destruction of trees, shrubs, or wildlife is strictly forbidden.
• There is a strict speed limit of 10mph on site. Only holders of a full driving licence shall drive a vehicle on the park.
• Dogs are welcome at Park Foot but must use the designated exercise area, clean up after your dog and do not leave your dog
unattended at any time. Dogs must be well behaved and kept under control and on a lead at all times. We reserve the right to
require that the owner remove the pet from the Park if it causes a nuisance or danger to other guests.
• No unlawful drugs may be used or any criminal activities to take place at Park Foot.
• Whilst alcohol is permitted, it may only be consumed on your pitch or in the clubhouse. Please do not walk around with open
cans, bottles & glasses, anyone acting in an unruly or aggressive manner will be asked to leave the park.
• Children must be supervised and not cause a nuisance or danger to themselves or others.
• While the company will do their best to satisfy customer requirements, the company at their discretion reserve the right to
withdraw any advertised services, and to cancel any bookings made for clients, in which event no liability in respect of such
cancellations shall fall on the company, save that the company shall refund any monies already paid in respect of bookings so
cancelled.
• Liability is not accepted by the company for accidents to clients and their guests, or for the loss or damage to personal property.
• Any dissatisfaction must be raised with our Team during your stay; any complaints made at a later date cannot be taken further.
• Please do not book if you cannot adhere to our rules.
COVID 19
We will be running the event inline with Park Foots Covid 19 policy which can be viewed on their website. In addition we want to make our events as safe as possible and would expect all attendees to be able to offer evidence of up to date vaccinations including boosters and we will also be asking for attendees to complete a lateral flow test prior to attending the event. Classic Hymers LTD will be driven by the governments advice and in the event a lockdown is imposed which would stop the event we would issue a full ticket refund. If you contract Covid 19 making you unable to attend the event you can offer this ticket back to the group using the method stated above.
